While enrolments are taken at any time during the year, the main enrolment period each year is from the beginning of the school year until the end of March.
2022 Enrolments
Only applications for Years 10 and 11 will be accepted for 2022.
All other applications for 2022 are now closed, as our waitlists are full.
2023 Enrolments
Enrolments for 2023 are now closed for all year groups, except Years 10, 11 and 12.
Offers will go out at the end of April for Kindergarten and Year 7 and all other year groups by mid May. All future enrolments are subject to availability.
Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision.
We encourage parents to organise a time to tour our school, meet our staff and see our learning in action. There are also a number of organised events, such as Open Days, which will also help future parents to get a 'feel' for our school.

Before completing the Enrolment Application, read the Enrolment Instructions and Checklist for relevant supporting documents in the Enrolment Application Form.

Step 2:Enrolment Application |
Complete and submit an:
Enrolment Applications should be printed off and delivered in person between 9.00am and 1.30pm. All supporting documents should be photocopied, and originals brought in for citing. Please be aware that we are unable to accept or process incomplete applications. A non-refundable application fee of $50 is payable at the time of submitting your application (no cash accepted - EFTPOS available on site). For enquiries regarding enrolments, contact santasophiaenrol@parra.catholic.edu.au. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement and is NOT based on a first come, first served basis.

Step 3:Enrolment Interview |
All students seeking enrolment are required to attend an interview. Once the Enrolment Application has been submitted, our Enrolment Officer will contact you to schedule an interview. The enrolling student and at least one parent/carer are required to attend the interview.

Step 4:Enrolment Acceptance |
We will advise the outcome of your application in writing shortly after the interview. If you receive a Letter of Offer, you are required to return the Enrolment Acceptance Form and pay the non-refundable Enrolment Deposit ($100 for Primary students and $300 for Secondary students) by the requested date to secure your position. This deposit contributes towards your first term school-based fees.
